hi B, it took me 1 year to go from neck length to arm pit length and it took me about 9-10mths to go from apl to bsl,
i trimmed in nov, so i’m right above bsl i’m hoping i will be back to bsl by june 09.
not relaxing has made my hair thicker.

its been a month since i had a perm and its really not bothering me. i want to grow my hair cuz it is full of breakage. sooo how long did it take for u to grow ur hair? did it make it thicker?

hi vonnie thank you so much, i am glad to see another not trimmer lol yeah i feel as long as you are maintain your ends properly there is no need to constantly trim, but that is my opinion! i love how chicks get railed up about it, like they can force me to trim my hair every 6-8weeks lol who cares kick rocks!
anyways i no longer relax when i did
i used mizani, it was a lye relaxer as far as protein i use henna,ors,& aphogee protein spray, i also drink protein shakes and eat a lot of eggs
hey i hope you got my message but yes terminal length is real, it usually ends around mid back length, it basic genetics.
some can grow to waist length others will never get past mid back lenght,
you won’t know till you get there lol

I just bought all kinds of products to start the journey on doing my hair myself because it’s hard to find a beauticain when you’re overseas and I just ran into your wonderful channel. I don’t trim either, so to see your hair tip top condition is really confirmation for me, to just stay with my regimen and sealing my ends with oil. is that what you did and did u use lye or no lye relaxers,also did you use any protein strengthners? ok thanks so much honey God Bless
