Why do white people think that most Black women wear weaves?
I have been celebration of a mass a lot of questions about black women as well as a hair as well as a lot of white people (women in particular) consider which many black women wear weaves. we meant how many black women do we know? we grew up around both black as well as white as well as many black women do not wear weaves. we have prolonged hair (close to a center of my back) as well as so do a little of my friends as well as a ones which do not keep it reduced for their own personal reasons. we determine a lot of black women have shop-worn hair since they do not know how to take caring of it. But we notice a some-more we am upon Yahoo Answers we see some-more people (particularly white women) who pretence things about black women which have been not loyal as well as they only declaim stupidity as if it is fact.
Also we was meditative it competence be geographics we from NYC (the Bronx as well as Westchester County) as well as here we were relaxers yet we unequivocally do not do weaves, we see black women from a carribbean wearing weaves yet not a american ones.
Also we have family in a south as well as we notice (not in my family though) which black women wear weaves down there yet not most.

Well, count me in as one white woman that doesn’t believe that all black women wear weaves. I’m just NOT that ignorant!
Oh, and I’m from Pa., and I do have to agree with the fact you mentioned – that SOME black women have damaged hair because they don’t know how to care for their hair properly – but I’d also have to say, I’ve seen alot of white women whom I’d have to say have bad hair days, too…
